This is a brilliant design; not cheap, but does the job perfectly. So much better than the alternatives.The only reason I gave it four rather than five stars, is that the hook for the picture rail is at the wrong angle. When snug in the slot in the picture rail, rather than hanging vertically, it sticks out at an angle of 20 degrees or so. Soon fixed with a pair of pliers, but it would be nice if this were not necessary; I am loath to damage the plating. Perhaps my picture rails are non standard...PS. Having just read the product data carefully, I realize that this is designed for suspension from a metal rail—as per an art gallery. Nevertheless, I can confirm that it works very satisfactorily from an old-fashioned wooden picture rail.

Exactly as its shown. I haven't use for a heavy picture but it is a good quality.
