This is a great party set! It came with everything I was looking for : plates , napkins, utensils , cups, party hats, tablecloth, banner, and Mylar balloon centerpiece. The colors were vibrant. I would have spent significantly more $ purchasing these items separately. I would definitely purchase again .

This set was a good value for the money. The happy birthday banner is especially durable and we will be able to reuse it.
