Love Live! School Idol Project Season 2 BLURAY Collection (Standard Edition)

I'm almost embarrassed to admit I really like this show. It has a simple charm. Teenage Girls actually being girls without any "fanservice" or over the top nonsense. The characters feel believable and the music is good for what it is. You do have to tolerate subtitles. I don't believe that the regular TV series has ever been dubbed.Animation quality varies. Most of the character stuff is top notch. And some fo the musical numbers, such as the first season opening are amazing for how much motion they put into everything. How much depth they give to them. But for some other songs the parts where they use CGI take on a slightly pin headed proportion. It almost feels like they lifted segments from the video games.Overall a great watch. and an anime that you wont feel embarrassed or ashamed to have watched.

Beautiful boxed set, great picture quality, and now includes the English dub track. My only gripe is that it's kind of odd shaped and doesn't fit well with my other blu-rays, but that's not really a big deal. Be aware that the season 1 premium edition that matches this one DOES NOT include the dub.

I just love this anime, the music is great. Newly updated from previous version with some CG but it's seamless. In addition, props for good English dub acting. I normally prefer subtitles because the English voice over acting seems to be terrible in other adaptations. This one is quite good. Really cute story about friendship and reaching for the stars, never giving up on your dreams!

I got this for my son for his birthday. He loved the first season of this anime. It was a great price and was brand new and fast shipping.

Both delivered in tact and worth the price. Collecting an anime that’s actually a treasure for true fans. A great heartwarming story of friendship with a excellent mix of music.

I love "Love Live!" so much and wanted to support it by buying the Bluray but I was extremely disappointed by this purchase. Mainly, it's the English subtitles. The subtitles were poorly translated, overly complicated, and misinterprets the characters. I originally watched the show online and it had perfect subtitles. "Love Live" has a very specific tone that's light and heartwarming and I didn't get that with these subs.I understand this is a personal preference and it might seem like I'm exaggerating, but it really ruined my experience! I had to return it. If you feel as strongly about subbing, If you prefer dubs, go for it. But if you prefer subtitles, I suggest you buy the Bluray from Japan or stick to watching online.

Lots of fun with some great side stories added in.

英語教材として購入しました。英語音声と日本語音声の両方が入っているのが良いですね。英語版の声優もかなり声を合わせていてほとんど違和感無く視聴できました。二期まるごと入ってこの値段、悩んでいる方は是非購入を！

頻繁にディスクを入れ替える必要も無くて快適です。日本語再生もできるので全く問題無く見られていますね。満足です。

輸入盤は字幕がウザいですが、慣れればそんなに気になりませんし、一気見するには最高の商品です。

国内の無題高い物を買うより良いと思う
