And aftersales guarantee, which an be extended is a no brained. Yep absolutely brilliant.

delivery is now completed.After a small hitch I am now a very happy man, The scooter is perfect and Wojtek ( driver ) could not have been more helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my first trip to town.

The delivery guy showed me all the features of the scooter and then walked with me while I took a test drive. The service was excellent and the scooter is amazing. So many useful additions like a box for the shopping and a cup holder. I couldn’t be happier.

We had delivery today! Szymon arrived on time, with the battery fully charged and vehicle very clean and sparkling. He was exceptional in his explanation of all the operating characteristics and features of the vehicle. The young lad was very knowledgeable and focused in attention to detail and customer service. Szymon ensured that all our questions were answered before departing, and we feel thankful for his time. It’s as if we just experienced concierge service.As far as the vehicle itself, it’s extremely stylish and comfortable. We’ve only had a few test runs around the block, but it appears to be very fast and powerful, easily navigating small curbs. The cup holder, USB port, and lights are awesome. We can update this review after more quality time and use with the scooter. Our only complaint at this time is that we did not purchase this a long time ago, lol.

So far as its early days and has not been out much , not a lot else to say. Plus only had it just over a week.

So far, so good, very pleased with scooter. Delivery dude was good, and very clear with instructions. Comprehensive. Enjoying being able to "walk the dog." Not sure dog feels the same?

Delivered by Damien who explained e everything to me very Well and in detail. Delivered on time as promised despite me being a bit unsure at the time, it took 2 weeks from ordering to delivery and I did order on a Saturday.Isn't mentioned in the description but it does come with a very loud alarm !!
