As someone who suffers quite badly with Reynaud's syndrome, I bought these as an aid to when I go for cold water dips.Let's start with comfort. I have large(ish) hands and im 6ft1 so that gives you an idea of size, so I ordered the XXL. They are a nice snug fit, but allow for movement of your fingers (others ive sent back as they are far too constrictive), and having the Velcro strap means you can tighten them as required.There are grip pads on the palms, but in all honesty they didn’t give me confidence when scaling down to pools over rocks etc. just couldn’t really tell where my hands were so to speak, but they have them and you may feel they add more benefit than I did.Please don’t think these are waterproof gloves, they are not, and that is not what they are made for! These are designed to keep the heat in your hands when swimming, dipping etc in cold water.This is where they come into their own. I found them amazing when in the water and could feel the temperature difference between my body and my hands. My hands remand warm (relatively) and could feel them the whole time. I was able to move over rocks etc and didn’t lose the sensation at all when in the water.So fit for use, 100%But……….there is always a but, my problem started when I REMOVED the gloves when exiting the water. Because these act like a compression fit, the second your hands get into the cold air when getting dry, my reyaunlds started and it was worse than if I hadn’t been wearing them, I took over 2 hours for my hands to fully recover. This is in no way a fault of the gloves and very much a personal issue that I have to factor in when wearing them.Do I wear them and have useable hands when in the water, but suffer when they come off, or not wear them and have quicker recovery time?Each to their own I suppose. I will continue to use them when the colder water temps come, but during 'warmer' (10+ deg c) temperatures I think the cons out way the pros. But they are an essential purchase if you are lucky enough not to suffer like I do.They feel well made and as of quality and durability, so far no issues for me. For the price you cannot complain.

Excellent gloves. Good material, warm, fast delivery. I work as a diver and wore these for 5/6 hours in a very cold outdoor pool yesterday. My hands were at no point cold and would've been absolutely freezing otherwise, would definitely recommend.

Ordered these for sea swim dips which we have been doing every weekend since January. Made a huge difference as my fingers were the only part of my body that would not adjust. Now, they adjust like the rest of my body l. Gloves regulate the temperature well, they let in water slightly but I do have very small wrists and it soon settles in temperature. They could do with a larger velcro section as they are slightly on the large side for me and being able to wrap tighter would make them perfect . That being said the velcro is super strong I have to get my friend to help me take them off once I get out! Would not sea dip without these anymore

These gloves have been great for my first forays into cold-water swimming. I bought XXL after referring to the sizing chart and the fit is spot-on. The water temp has been <12degC and I've stayed in (with wetsuit) for up to 20mins. I suffer from Raynauds in my fingers, but after 20 mins I could only just feel my fingertips getting cold (but not numb). Especially good is the elasticated velcro cuff strap. In all, highly recommended. (I wish I'd bought this brand / thickness of wetsuit socks too.)

Keep the cold out very well and are game changer if you suffer from white finger cold water swimming

Tested these this am in a sea dip and what a difference! My hands were warmer and recovered quickly from the sea temp. I could actually feel my hands enabling me to get dressed really quickly! It was a very odd sensation with water trickled slowly in but one I will get used to after time.I ordered a size smaller even though I measured a medium size but this was only a difference in a CM. They fit perfectly are a really good quality and comfort.

Non sono guanti professionali ma sono molto comodi e tengono le mani calde li uso anche in acqua di lago dove la temperatura e molto più bassa
