Legendary Whitetailsmens Tough as Buck Vest for Men, Work Flannel Lined Hunting Outerwear, Casual Western Insulated Zip Up

I did a lot of research on different websites looking for a vest that I could wear while ranching, fishing, or just for casual wear. Needless to say, prices vary considerably but not necessarily commensurate with quality. I initially found this vest on Legendary Whitetails' website and was impressed by its looks, style and functionality. When I finally pulled the trigger to purchase it, to my dismay it was sold out in my size. However, I found the same, exact vest available on Amazon in my size (L) and immediately bought it.When I received the vest, I was very pleased to see that its style, appearance and quality met, if not exceeded my expectations. With its flannel lining, it's comfortable and warm but not too heavy. I'm 6' and weigh 175 lbs. and typically wear a size large in most apparel. From a sizing standpoint, I would say that this vest fits true to size (always a concern when ordering online).In summary, I am very pleased with this vest. Really good quality at a very fair price.

This is a perfect fit, comfortable, warm, tough and the pockets work great. If you are looking for a great vest this is for you.Great to use as that extra layer without binding your arms.

Nice feel on inside, tough on outside. Like it as it is not to round (wide) to get caught on other items. Also has a nice length.

I looked at a ton of vests before buying this one. I have also owned Carhartts, and other brands we all know about. They were all fine, but wanted to give a new one a try. I'm extremely happy with this vest. I am 6'4" 205 lbs and ordered the Large Tall and it fit perfect. The quality looks great and love the inside flannel lining. The pockets are not loose but not a pain to get your hand in and out. I would buy this vest again and recommend it.Update after 2 years....Downgraded to 4 stars because stitching is coming loose on inside pocket and exterior side seam. If this was a work vest I beat on all day and did heavy work, maybe I could see it happening. But this is just a casual wear vest. I have washed it once and hang dried. The Carhartt I've had for 10 years is stained and shows wear but the stitching is still solid. And one last minor thing is the zipper which is finicky to get started. At this price point, I wouldn't expect quality issues like this.

The vest is exactly what I expected. It is comfortable, looks nice, and is just the right weight. It does take a little break in to get the collar to lay down in the front, but after that it is perfect.

My wife bought this for me Christmas 2023. An absolutely an excellent product. The outside is made of essentially a synthetic suede. It's thick and tough, it feels like leather and looks like leather, but resists stains. The zipper is metal. It's fully lined with an assortment of pockets inside and out -- some with zippers, some with flaps, some hidden. I wear it to outside, inside. It looks great and it's probably the best Christmas I've received in decades. Exactly what I wanted.

This met more than my expectations. I can conceal carry my 357 in the inside breast pocket and it cannot be seen. It is also very comfortable and warm. I love the four lower pockets as well.Great purchase!

The is a really nice vest. Looks great and fits perfect. The only negative I have is the inside lining at the bottom is poorly fit in the back. It is bunched up. It doesn’t really show so I’m keeping it and will live with it. If not for that I’d give it five stars.
