The short answer: For the money, it's a BUY.The long answer: I open the box, take out the pieces and it just felt like cheaply made-the handle, the attachments, no thx, we're sending this back. Then my significant other says well it's a lot lighter than our old 19 lb behemoth, so let's give it a try.Ok fine. WOW, what great suction. We have 2 medium size parrots with 2 cages that sit on an old shag carpet to catch all if their stray seeds. Works great for that. The only con is it will pull you forward like a self propelled mower which could be a problem if you have shoulder or mobility issues.Pros: Great suction, easy on/off power button that switches to carpet or bare floors with a finger flick, nice long cord length, it swivels, narrower head that gets into tighter spaces, easy ejection canister, HEPA filter (we have allergies).Cons: It won't reach under the beds (but that's ok since it's not designed for that) and just 2 attachments.OVERALL, no real complaints.

I'll start with my only con I have: there is no place dedicated to hold both hose attachments. Drives me bonkers because I lose everything. So I anticipate future annoyances. Everything else is great. Very lightweight but not in the 'I just bought a $50 vacuum' kind of light. It maneuvers so easy and smooth. Great suction both in the vacuum and the hose. Couple little things you have to remember when you use it over different surfaces. There's a switch to change it from going on carpet to going on bare floors. Super easy to empty. I really am very happy so far in the couple months we use it (twice a week). I have Prime so I know I can pitch a fit to return it anytime soon if it spontaneously combusts. Lol

Powerful suction and there is no dust at all when you change the canister, good size canister. I am buying another one to give to my mom, that's how great it is!!!

I never would have thought a vacuum at this price point would be this good! This thing is super powerful and is light as can be. The only pause is how the extension tube wraps around the vacuum. Once you realize how awesome the length of that tube is to reach things (like that vent on the ceiling) it makes perfect sense and it's easy to put away. It just took me a long minute at first. I was thinking of getting another Miele but this vacuum is good. I'm very happy with it.

I used my lightweight carpet sweeper earlier in the week. OMG, when I used this for the first time it picked up SO much cat hair. Love it! Just a little heavy to carry upstairs

I ordered this vacuum on November 1st, 2021 through Amazon. After maybe 4 or 5 uses - the week before Thanksgiving - the vacuum first stopped running. After fiddling with it, it would turn on, but not pick up. I mean - nothing - no suction at all. I contacted Amazon customer service who walked me through a series of steps to try to get it working. It did not. They directed me to a number at Kenmore who directed me to an email at Kenmore which directed me to another number at Kenmore. With this latest number, I can only contact someone M-F 8am to 5pm EST. So - here I sit on a Saturday with a brand new vacuum that does not work, dirty floors and the distinct feeling I'm being given the run around. Stand behind your products Kenmore!

Loved the suction and ability to clean up the dog air. We've always had Kenmore vacs. Powerful and reliable. Unfortunately, Kenmore is not the quality brand it used to be. After about a year, the collection canister broke. It took a little over 2 months to get a replacement. Then last week the cleaning head and the body just snapped in 2. Kenmore's response was "it's out of warranty." As you can see from the photos, there's no way to repair it. I've just placed an order for a Shark vacuum, which after reading Consumer Reports, I should've done in the first place.

Ok, so my previous Kenmore vacuum failed after several years so it was time to buy a replacement. The old Kenmore performed well although it was a bit heavy and clunky to maneuver. I have a robot vacuum and a house cleaner that comes once a week so I just need a replacement to fill in for extra cleaning. For context, I live at the beach, have tile and LVP wood floors, a few rugs and have 2 large short hair dogs. I have had this vacuum for a little less than a month and have used it several times and overall I am impressed. This vacuum is easy to put together, is light weight, easy to maneuver, seems to do a great job of picking up dog hair, has a fairly long cord, and is easy to empty. I have not used any attachments so I can't say much for them.I think I read a review that said it was made with 'cheap' plastic. The plastic does not seem overly cheap to me - it is much lighter than my last Kenmore but also cost much less. I can't say how it will hold up over time, but I have owned 2 other Kenmore's and they performed well for me.

So far this vacuum has worked well for cleaning up the dirt on hard or solid floors with it's dual setting for hard or solid floors. The air smells cleaner when using it, my sister finds it too heavy and bulky for stairs as she also uses this. Kenmore use to be Sears and Sears used Electrolux vacuums, I've only used this for weeks and hope it lasts... The biggest weakness I see is the cleaning wheel is belt driven and the how long will the hepa last? One time I bumped into a couch corner and the hepa cover popped off, was easy to place back but just note it is a little on the easy side to open.

One of the best vacuums I’ve owned. Love it!
