Fins are only good for diving not swimming or training. You need to wear water shoes with them because it might bruise the back of ur foot like it did to me. Quality is good

My husband wanted new flippers and was happy to get these. He has tried them in the lake for diving and has brought them to the pool for lane swim. They stay on which was a concern for him since his old ones would fall off. I even tried them and enjoy them. 5 stars no issues we could find with them. Sadly we did only get to use them four or five times as they came late in the season for outdoor swimming. I still think they will be fine.
