Electronic Arts Star Wars: Battlefront (Xbox One)

Bought as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it. It's a total life-stealer tho! Don't expect any kind of conversation or response when this is on. Even our son loves it.A lot of the time the others who are on your side don't play well as a team but obviously it just depends who's online at the time.The graphics and sound effects are amazing. Shame there us no option to be a wookie. Maybe on the next update?

There are literally thousands of reviews for this online. if you're a hardcore star wars fan you will LOVE this game. the graphics are gorgeous and the sound is phenomenal - for full effect i suggest headphones and turning the bass up.The game itself is very easy to pick up and get into - based in large part to it's simplicity (auto-aim is on by default and all the weapons have unlimited ammo so no reloading or ammo packs to sorry about).Fans of the old Battlefront games will be (and have been) disappointed in that this game lacks any kind of single player campaign at all and there are no space battles. There are rumours abound that these might be included in a future LC for it but nothing has yet been confirmed (as of June 2016).

I loved this game at first, great graphics, sound effects are stunning and it really gives you a real star wars feel... but then 3 weeks later, I was bored. I know EA seems to think single player is dead, but it would have given it more legs if there was a campaign and the model would have been able to cope with an amazing one. So I played the multiplayer, its fun, its fast its furious, you will die, a lot, but that's not a problem, you're back up and into the war in no time... but once you've done all the maps a few times, the different play types, that's it. Nothing left. The single player things are fairly pointless, the partner games are slightly fun, but overall, its a short lived game.

I like this game the graphics are fantastic and the multi player is alot of fun but it has no campaign or single player elment to speak of. The maps are detailed but there aren't enough, the weapon selection is OK but lacks any real depth and sometimes the seemingly endless throwing of grenades can be frustrating. I recommend this game to people with several caveats. I would love to see another starwars unleashed title they were great starwars games.

This game was not as I had expected it to be. I thought there would be a campaign, but sadly, there is not. The other part of the game is actually quite enjoyable. I love the survival mode with wave after wave of enemy troops trying to kill you.
