There are a huge number of these kits available online and even in stores, but this one has the little things that make it the best. I chose this one for value - good price and plenty of pieces.- Tweezers: Don't discount your need for the tweezers. They are extremely useful. You cannot pick up these screws by hand and the tweezers have an elongated pinching end that is ideal for grabbing the head of these tiny screws.- Spare pieces: When I was choosing a repair kit, I asked myself, why in the world would I need 1100 pieces? Well I don't, but it sure is nice to have plenty of extras. A few got away from me and these things can be a challenge to find (especially if your glasses are out of commission). I'm glad I went for a kit with 99 extras instead of 2.-The container: This was the final part of my decision making process and I'm glad I went with this kit. Each size screw has a lid that lifts independently. I saw another kit that had a single piece lid that exposes all the screws and is hard to tell apart from the bottom of the container! Who designed that? Go with this one and any drop or bump will result in less pieces coming out of the container and no mix up of different size screws.Stop searching - this is the kit you want.

Several of the individual little compartments were not snapped down tight, so when I took the set from the box, little screws and washers went falling everywhere; gathering them up meant crawling around on the floor with a flashlight. I'm not going to dock the product a star for that though - this is the nicest eyeglass repair kit I've ever purchased. It has a really nice assortment of screw sizes and lengths, very nice little screw driver and tweezers, replacement nose pads that are very soft and flexible, and even the washers and nuts may come in handy one day. The description actually warns that the compartment lids may be difficult to open - once they're snapped down tight, they do feel nice and secure. Just be careful opening the box that first time!

I have too many pairs of glasses, which means I need all kinds of teensy screws from time to time as the frames get older. Unlike some smaller kits, this one has just about everything I could possibly need, including washers, tiny nuts, and various sizes of screws. The screwdriver it comes with is handy, but so far I've found it better to use the flathead than the phillips head, as the phillips head is too shallow to grip anything I've used it on. The only drawback I've really found, though, is the case. It's handy in that it separates each kind of piece, but after looking at everything and snapping each section closed again, I was disappointed to find that a few of the lids popped right back open. Glad I was paying attention, or that would have been a really frustrating spill! To avoid that in the future, I just taped down the lids with masking tape. I'd rather wrestle with that when I need to use it than risk spilling all those tiny pieces everywhere.

*UPDATE* August 18 2017The company contacted me about missing parts and sent a new kit free of charge with everything included this time. 5/5 Stars for the quality of the kit and especially for excellent customer support. Would buy again (I think a couple people I know might be getting these for Christmas presents).Great little kit with all the pieces needed to repair eye glasses and few replacement nosepads. However mine did not arrive with the screwdriver and tweezers as advertised. Now I have to spend money on something I should've gotten to begin with elsewhere.

Lost a screw recently and tried to use one from an older pair of glasses. To my dismay, I discovered that the needed screws came in all sorts of sizes (lengths). This kit fixed that problem...lots of sizes to chose from. Each size comes in its own section with easy flip-open sections to chose from. Great buy.
