Pleasantly surprised had a good taste !
I recently started the keto diet as I’ve tried others and not been able to succeed in losing some weight so to make things easy I thought using a keto shake in the morning for breakfast would save me time and would be quick and easy to do. The Diet whey keto protein powder comes in a resealable bag but i’ve kept mine in a air tight container to . The powder does mix well i’ve been having it with oat milk , The taste is palatable and i quite like it .I just need to stick to the diet to see weightloss I’m very pleased with this shake .

Its not that great considering the price. After trying few (there’s not that much ketoshakes) this one is on the bottom of my list. Taste ok but not doesn’t fill you up even when double the scoop (as recommended). Doesn’t have as many vitamins/mineral/supplements (inc MCT oil) as some other ones.
