Worked great! PSA plan on not leaving your home for at least 24 hours! Took directed amount with small amount of mango juice easy to drink. With in 4-6 hours you can feel the affect of the detox minor stomach cramping, which lead to you flushing out everything in your intestines. Had a minor headache the day after I think from the detox and diarrhea. I lost 5 pounds in 24 hours and kept 3 off even after a month. Felt my body lighter and my ibs completely gone . You do need to detox every 2-3 months or Ibs and dairy intolerant starts to reappear
