Excellent digestive enzyme with a good variety of ingredients
Excellent digestive enzyme. I travel a lot and I eat total junk at times. Digestive enzymes become occasional life savers. I also take them as an aid to keep blood sugar levels under control and I find a good enzyme with intelligent eating can keep things going well. This is not going to help you after you win that chili dog competition at the fair, but it will help with an upset stomach. When not doing battle against evil food, it will help your body deal with the good stuff too. For those to whom it matters, these are gluten free in a vegetable capsule. For those looking for variety, these have bromelain, papain, and protese 1 as main ingredients. While I got a discount for reviewing this product, it is one I already use and am happy with,

Noticeably Better Digestion
Since I've started taking VitaLife Nutrition Digestive Enzymes, I can definitely tell a difference in how my stomach and intestines feel after a meal. I've had more energy too, which I'm guessing could be due to improved absorption. Not sure, though. At my age (mid 40s), food and nutrients are simply not digested/absorbed as well as they were in younger years. Increased/improved absorption is just one of the benefits of digestive enzymes. Works some for me
I've been dealing with symptoms of leaky gut for years, and got a diagnosis for Hashimoto's hypothyroidsm a couple of years ago, so I got these digestive enzymes at a discounted price for my honest review.
