These tags only last one season. They don’t seem to be UV-resistant and they will discolor and bend and twist and eventually break—after one year. I will look for sturdier looking tags in the future.

Inexpensive and works well for plant identification. This spring I purchased a variety of plants from on-line nurseries. After the items arrived I quickly potted everything so that I could plant things at my leisure over the next month or two. These inexpensive plant tags worked great for clearly identifying the contents of each pot I planted. There is enough space to print a large readable label and the pointed end of the tag is stiff enough to easily push it into the soil. I used a permanent black marker to write on these tags and they were cheap for 100 tags so I will probably just discard them after everything is planted in the ground, but it would be possible to use the other side of the tag if someone wanted to.

These tags had enough room to write the name of the plant, easy to write on with a sharpie. They are "just" stiff enough to get into soft dirt & would expect they will last the season. However with the low price you can afford to toss them and use new ones next year. Keep in my these are not thick or stiff plastic. The plastic made from is similar to those thin plastic binder covers that sometimes now are used over notebooks.

These are pretty good. I am very much enjoying the size and shape of the tag to write on. What I don't like is I've tried the 'special' pen that is suppose to write well and last long and it doesn't. I've tried a sharpie and it doesn't' last more than a couple months. I'm not sure if it's the pens or the plastic, but I seem to have to keep writing on the tag and that sort of defeats the purpose of having the tag. If I'm not on top of the tag then it fades and I don't know what the plant (mostly cuttings) is/are.

Great gardening labels for those of us who have a variety of plants and seedlings in our greenhouses and gardens. They don’t smudge with sharpies and held up well throughout the season.

These worked great to label my gardens. They are small but once the plants grow to identifiable size they are as necessary. I'm not sure why other reviewers said the writing wore off. I just used a black permanent marker and there is still no fading of the writing 2 months later with plenty of watering and rain storms in that time. I may not need to order for quite some time but will reorder again when the time comes.

Perfect! Just what I needed. Had some cute wooden ones with chalkboard paint. Thought they were so cute and realized they were for indoor use lol. These definitely withheld during the rain!

These are okay except I found they bend sometimes but then again I had a groundhog running loose at night or in the early morning that would tear these all up.

They are the perfect size to see what you have written on them at a resonable distance!
