RK Racing Chain 520XSO-114 (520 Series) Steel 114 Link High Performance Street and Off-Road RX-Ring Chain with Connecting Link

Bought this chain for my 2002 DR-Z 400 S. The Amazon page said this was not correct but upon checking my owner's manual I found that it was. No trouble to install especially since the old chain, which had only lasted 10,000 miles had broken and I could not find it. You do need a riveting tool to install it. I have put about 150 miles on it and all is well. I recommend it but check your size rather than relying on the "will it fit" feature on Amazon. In my case the chain length was correct for an SM but 2 lengths off for an S.

I purchased and installed on my 2013 Honda NC700X after contacting RK Racing for recommendation. I replaced the original chain as the O-rings had deteriorated over time and chain was making the noise.Replacement was easy enough after watching a couple videos and grinding off the rivets on previous chain before pushing pins out to remove old chain. Be sure to get the necessary tools and have confidence you know what you're doing, otherwise, you'll make mistakes and put the rider in danger.So far - I'm about 500-miles on it - the chain is fantastic! Time and many miles will be the real test but I'm extremely happy so far.

Worked great for my 06 BMW F650GS. Only have a few miles since I installed it. Has the Rivet style Connecting Link.

The price of the chain does not reflect the length of the chain. I bought one much longer than I needed for about half the price of an exact length chain. Obviously, I had to cut it down to size.I'm taking away one star because it did not come with specific instructions about how much deformation (expansion) the master link rivet requirs, and they don't have it on their website. I had to trust some random website for it.Other than that, it is a nice smooth x-ring chain. Even though the box says o-ring, it is really an x-ring chain. I know this, because when I cut it down to size, I examined the rings, and they are definitely x-rings.I am using this on a 2009 Suzuki SFV650 Gladius. I changed my sprockets too, but it would have fit the original ones.I hope you found this review helpful.

It's my second RK XSO chain. The one I'm replacing lasted for almost 30K kilometers with proper maintenance.I recommend 👌🏼

You can find chain’s cheap that last just as long. I put in my order around 10:00pm and cancelled around 10:15 pm cause I found the same chain cheaper elsewhere. They refused to except the cancellation prior to shipping. I’ve never seen this happen.
