Nice flavourful rotis, can be used like regular flour
I ordered this flour in my quest for tasting different types of wheat flour available in the market.Packaging is good and well sealed in a transparent plastic package. Good hygienic pack.Dough was easy to make.I tried to make chapatis and fulka rotis. Both were good. The rotis do have a slight red/pink hue after cooking.Flavour is also unique - slightly sweet - and typical roti/bread flavour is stronger.Price is higher but it is definitely worth for those who are looking for healthier wheat species/varieties. Kamut is healthy. Definitely worth trying.
