I wore this for a local neon bike brigade. I wanted to wear it over leggings but it won't sit low enough to cover your butt. I ended up wearing jeans and it sat around my waist most of the time. The lights and the rainbow are super fun, but if your waist / hips are bigger than 39"(?) it will be tight. But as long as you aren't performing Swan Lake, it will do for a costume.

Got the smaller size for my 9 year old and it fit her well. I would say the sizes run small but I didn’t buy it for an adult. The lights worked all night while trick or treating and were a cute addition to the costume.

I used this last Halloween and just ordered a new one for this year. I wear a size 18/20 womens in pants and it stretches to fit me just fine with leggings underneath.

Would have been perfect if it were a little longer. I'm 5'9" and it barely covered by rear end. Everyone loved that it was lighted!@

Purchased two of these for myself and my partner, for The Amazing race for charity 2018 in Eustis Fl. I’m 5’11 about 170 pounds, ordered the small/medium in keeping with the recommendation of the size chart (I’m a size ten in pants) which looked incredibly small out of the package, but fit perfectly! The waistband is quite stretchy, and large in width, which was great for keeping it on during our six mile, 21 obstacle race. Lights worked perfectly for both tutus. We were out in the sun and couldn’t really see them during the daytime, but hours later, after the race with much abuse and even getting wet, the lights were all still working! Will be using these again for a 5k coming soon. Would definitely recommend. I don’t usually do reviews, but after abusing these tutus yesterday and seeing how well they held up, I had to spread the word! Great value for the price.

I’ve been waiting for months to wear this fabulous tutu. I purchased it to wear to Pride in June. With the state we are in Im not sure there will be a Pride. I’ve pulled this out and have worn it around the house. It fits well. At a time when I’ve been stuck in the house the tutu has helped bring a Little happiness into life. The lights make it twinkle just perfect and how can I not smile when wearing a rainbow? The stitching is good and appears as if done by machine or a perfectionist. This is the best adult tutu I’ve seen.

The item that I received does not look like the photo that was provided to represent it (the colors are reversed), but it is close enough for my purpose, so I chose to keep it. In addition, the lights don't show up as well as I expected. Again, it's good enough to keep, but it would have been better to have a photo that matched the product.

I ended up buying the white tutu. At night when I turned on the lights it worked great. During the day you can tell that this tutu has wire around it. I worried that I would catch the wire and it would break, but that never happened. Like most tutus it can be a little itchy, but I expected that. Overall I was happy with the tutu. I bought it for night to light up, and it served that purpose. I wore it for a few hours and had no issues with the battery running out.
