Machine arrived and doesn’t work
The media could not be loaded. I had the machine sent to Kenya. It doesn’t work and will be expensive to return to France. I’ve had it repaired in Kenya. Had to replace the motherboard. I had a previous Saeco Royal machine which is a much more robust unit than this one. The current one is made with flimsy plastic.

Inutilizzabile !
Ho avuto una saeco intuita durata 9 anni, per sostituirla ho acquistato questa perché sono abituato all’automatica, ma questa ogni volta una strage l’acqua esce tutto sopra il raccogli gocce e il cafffe non esce dai 2 beccucci ma avanti ogni volta bisogna stare con lo straccio in mano a pulire ! Contattato Amazon assistenza che sono stati gentilissimi e contattato il centro assistenza saeco che non mi ha risposto forse sanno dell’ handicap della macchina!Effettuato il reso cercherò altro….
