I’m a solid size 8 and based off most reviews I decided to go a half size down since a lot of people said they stretch after the first couple of wears. I like the feel of the 7.5 it’s a bit snug but not uncomfortable. I’ve only worn them around the house so far because it’s all rain and thunderstorms in Texas right now and I don’t want to ruin them but they are like walking on clouds SUPER comfortable. I feel like I could walk around Universal Studios or Disneyland (in other words hours of walking/standing) all day in them and I’d be fine. And I’m pregnant so that’s saying something! All that being said, I think if I had gone with the size 8 I would’ve also been fine. I suppose it’s ultimately up to you and how much extra room you prefer inside your shoes at any given time. Will be purchasing the all black pair soon. As far as using these for working out or running, well they're knit sneakers built for comfort they're not super supportive as you'd like your typical running shoe to be. They do let your feet breathe very nicely though! I would probably only use them for walking and light workouts not for heavy duty runs. But that's just me.

True to size. If you prefer a snug sneaker order down 0.5 size. If you prefer your sneaker not so snug order your usual size. I’m usually 5.5 and ordered a 5. Also note these sneakers arrived pretty stiff and I thought they weren’t going to fit but the loosened just the right amount after 1 wear. These sneakers are supportive and have become my go-to jogging shoes. I notice I get less ankle/shin tightness with these than my adidas NMD!

panicking to buy shoes for overseas trip. i have tendonitis in my feet and i seem to have to trial and error on all new shoes....these are designed to fit well....with the way the laces are you can tighten them up for narrow feet, and adjust for thicker socks. i agree with other reviews that they run large...but with the lacing, you can make them fit!

Based on the reviews, I had hoped that I could wear these while working out. I only do indoor workouts but they are HIIT, so lots of jumping and running in place, etc.They are comfortable but not made for jumping around. I decided to keep them since they are are cute and will be great this summer for running errands.I am a solid size 8M and these were slightly big. That being said, when I cinch the laces tight, I can wear these without socks and they do not rub nor fall off.

I bought a half-size smaller than my normal shoe size as recommended by other buyers. It fit perfectly. I love these shoes, and will order more in different colors, they are so comfortable and good looking.

Very lightweight but even though. I ordered my size, it felt a tab but snug. Next time, I will order a half a size bigger.However, it is very lightweight, cost effective and functional.
