This is my 2nd Xelement Mens Black Leather Shirt and the quality is incredibly inferior to my original. I loved the first shirt so much I wanted to get a spare and use it for when I go to work in shirt and tie without the sport coat. The leather reminds me of the seats in a 70s car. The original leather is very soft and pliable. This shirt looks like a cheap knockoff.

Fit nice and was pretty soft and pliable. Perfect for the motorcycle. Updated 4/26 . So my husband wore this twice on the motorcycle and it started coming apart at the seams by the side pockets. Luckily Amazon is an amazing company and are refunding my money even though I am outside the return window. It is too bad because he really liked this shirt. I will have to try to find another one.

Just got this in today. It is exactly what I wanted. I did not want another heavy leather jacket so I gave this leather shirt a chance. It was 4lbs total shipping weight. It arrived via UPS in soft plastic packaging which I was not thrilled to see. However, I opened it up and tried it on and was immediately happy. Fit was perfect. Not too tight or loose. I inspected the entire shirt for any shipping damage or defects and found none. Shirt is in perfect condition. I even looked at every seem for loose thread ends sticking out or any defects in stitching and found absolutely none. The leather is soft enough. Very comfortable shirt. And the features with the gun pocket were not expected but a pleasant surprise. I immediately stuck my pistol in the gun pocket and it held it just fine. Rather carry in my waistband but it's a great option. The hands free headphones pocket with a soft rubber port for wiring and a Velcro wire holder a little higher up the inside of the lapel is nice. Checked all the Buffalo snaps and all worked well. There are even snaps under the collar which I like a lot. As I said I just got it but it feels and looks like a great product that I will certainly enjoy during winter season.

I previously purchased Xelement leather riding pants that I absolutely luv so I was expecting good quality with this leather shirt. I was not disappointed. I’ve read other reviews saying it’s a shirt and others saying it’s a jacket. It’s really whatever you want it to be depending on the size you get. Mine fits me snug like a shirt. My only preference would be the Buffalo buttons be in black instead of silver.

The quality of the leather is ok as the sleeves are made with multiple patches of leather. Stitching is fair (time will tell regarding longevity with use). I like shirt jackets & this one comes with 2 breast pockets, 2 lower slash pockets & 2 interior pockets. The "gun pocket" is great addition. Overall for the price point it's a fair design. However, I requested additional snaps since they're custom Buffalo Head Nickels. Great for cool nights & I like the roomy fit.

I was concerned about ordering leather online. Lately it's been difficult to find quality items for a good price. This definitely quality! I wear mine as in lieu of my coat while riding. I've ridden in 45 degrees with a hoodie underneath and was comfortable. Side pockets are a plus!

I read some of the other reviews that said these ran a little small. I usually take a large, so I figured I'd better go with a 1X. It doesn't run small st all. This was a shsde too large. But I'm going to keep it anyway to use as a light jacket for riding. Nice grain leather and very well made. Worth every cent.

The shirt is awesome, if you like leather. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, they run small. I ordered a large, and I am 6'1 / 199 pounds, and it fits tight. It is perfect for a stand-alone shirt, but I will have a hard time wearing anything other than a t-shirt under this. The quality of the leather is good, but not as thick as it appears in the pictures. The shirt is not heavy, nor is it as thick as I expected. So far, the snaps seem to be good quality, and I am pleased with the overall look. Time will tell of its durability. If you want this for a jacket, or have plans to wear thermal clothes underneath, make sure to order one size up.
