Kramer Fungi Nail 1.7 ml Toe and Foot Maximum Strength Anti Fungal Pen

I just read the disclaimer written in tiny letters, not effective on nails. Then why is it advertised wt a picture of a nail wt fungus, and a nail w/o, and have a name like Fungi Nail. This is clearly false advertising. It only worked 'okay' on my nails. Yes, it works, but it is not effective. The percentage of the Undecylenic acid is kinda low (25%), to be completely effective on nails. Also the quantity in the Pen isn't great. I purchased 5, have been using it in the morning, and am already on my last pen. In comparison, I also purchased a bottle of (100%) tea tree oil, and have been using it at night. The oil is only about 3/4 gone. If they made the concentration stronger & also made the Pens hold more liquid, I would probably purchase more. I'm quite sure that it would be effective in higher concentration, and larger size, but they cant sell more to a cured consumer. That is why, I'm giving it 3 stars. Still, 2.5 is what it truly deserves.

Toenail fungus is a tough critter to eliminate. This nail pen is easy to use and sure helps the problem. The brush at the end of the pen is useful in getting under the nail tip. It takes longer than four weeks to eliminate the problem, so you may need to order 1-3 to get results. I prefer using a topical rather than taking a medication that is costly and has the potential for side effects. However, your physician can offer other treatments if this doesn't work for you.

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me. I had a fungus (eww) growing underneath my nail and the pen didn't work. Either the ointment wasn't strong enough or I couldn't get the pen tip deep enough underneath my nail.My suggestion would go to your doctor or see an urgent care doctor ASAP. I went to urgent care and I am still battling with it a week later. Earlier the better!!I am giving it a 3 out of 5 because maybe it works for minor fungus.....

So I've tried the Rx types-they did nothing for me. I've been using for 3 weeks and I cannot believe the results!! Long story short I dropped something very heavy on my toe which separated the nail from the skin, then I went backpacking in Central America- I got fungus under my two big toes. The nail still grows but has not been connected to the skin underneath for 3 years. I've tried several products that did nothing. I bought this pen and have been using it daily for 3 weeks (I've of course missed a few days).In three weeks I've only turned it (to allow more liquid out) TWO times TOTAL. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TWIST IT after the initial time. Just store it standing upright with the brush side up. There will always be enough liquid to use each day (I use on all my toes). After reading the reviews the complaint seems to be that it doesn't last long enough- my guess is they twisted it every time wasting a lot. ANOTHER TIP cut your nails as short as possible with the first use, that's what I did, my nails have now grown to normal length and are attached to the skin underneath for the first time in 3 years -after only 3 weeks of use. I will continue to use daily !

I have been useing this product now for about two months, With little results and I have been useing it as directed.I purched two bottles of this product and I'm half way through the second one. I bought this product for my left big toe nail and it has performed badly even with me trimming and sanding it down to help along. It looks like I'm back to the drawing board to try and find another product that is stronger and more truthfull or maybe have the thing pulled out and start over. Thanks for nothing.

It took five pens and almost a year, but it worked! I got a fungus on one big toe after dropping a bookcase on my foot. The fungus oddly, and frustratingly, grew out from the base of the toenail along with a big ripple injury to the nail. I have no idea why, but it was entrenched right from the start.I couldn't take oral meds because we were trying to conceive. I used this very aggressively - several times a day and really got it as far under the nail as I could. Eventually the nail separated and fell off (painlessly) and I continued to use the pen on the new nail underneath. I also used small, cheap, disposable emery boards directly on the top of the new nail to get further down into the nail before applying, as suggested by several previous reviewers. The fungus disappeared and I purchased one final pen (in case of cross contamination) and continued to apply as the nail grew out. The entire process took a year, but I now have fungus free toenails, and we're expecting a little girl in a few months! Good to have both at once.

This may be a very good product but there's controversy ove whether the ingredient in it is really a curative for nail fungus.s s Also, yosu have to use its for months before you know it is effective. So why use it? Because he alternative is a pill from the doctor that the FDA doesn't give 5 star ratings on. Some of the negative indicators make me think I'll stgick with the slow and steady medicine.

It's a handy way to apply, but a tube doesn't last long. I think it may be helping out with my fingernail fungus, but I can't say for sure as I'm hitting it with several different treatments. After the fingernail fungus is fixed, I intend to use this product as a prophylactic - I hadn't realized nail fungus had such a tendency to come back until it did.

1. Make sure to place the pen upright (lean it against somewhere), so it doesn't leak and evaporate. If not, you will face the common problem of running out too fast! I would say this could extend life by almost 3-4 times.2. Use a safe buffer to sand out the nail from time to time, so that the liquid can permeate through better3. I found that if the nail infection is fairly new, this pen could be helpful in curing it. But, if it's been infected for a long time, this could possibly prevent it from getting worse or if you use it for a very long time while grinding away the nails it could potentially make it better. BUT, I would say it USUALLY doesn't solve the problem entirely. There are better applicators, but they can be more pricey. It might be best to try out several to see what works for you. My advice is don't purchase cheap imported no name brand as they do nothing. Go with names that has been around, they will pay off.4. I only wrote this review, because I know fungal nail is really a problem for some people and wish that they cure it more effectively.

Leaks so not a good experience

I have seen little inprovement, in my opinion it will take several treatment to get the nails bact to it's original state.
