Good product
Just what I needed. Edges a little sharp so beware when handling. Ones installed you dont have to worry about that. I got this 12 hours after I ordered it amazing.

Sturdy but sharp
The brackets are very sturdy, but sharp. they were obviously a larger piece cut down to the length purchased. The cut ends are very sharp and will need to be filed down. There is also no powder coating on the ends where they were cut. Had I known this, instead of purchasing several shorter sets, I would have purchased one long set and cut them my self and saved some money.

Fine 2U Racks
I wanted so 2U racks to mount on the backside of my portable cases, and these fit the bill perfectly, and the price was reasonable. As noted on the packaging, just be sure to be careful of the slightly sharp corners, as it appears the racks were not ground after being cut, but since the typical person who buys these racks is a professional, they should be able to be trusted to either grind those corners down or to ensure installation is safe.I purchased one for each of my portable racks, and now I have a rack mounted power supply on the back of my cases. Perfect!

Great replacement
Simple to install into the rack that I had. It was carpeted, but used the open holes so I needed rack nuts to get anything actually held in place, but the carpet always pushed the nuts out of the way before I could get the screws in place. Dropped this in and it actually works now. Only issue is that the holes didn't seem to be done well with the screw threads, so I needed to use an impact the first time to get them and out. Now, they work easily with just a hand screwdriver.

Good quality but shipped the wrong size.
Ordered the 2U pair but they shipped me a 4U pair. I noticed someone put stickers for both the RH-2 and RH-4 on the bag they shipped in.As for quality, they are perfect. I ordered a set of screws and washers and had no issues with the threading. Will hang on to these for a possible future product will also need to reorder correct size.

Sloppy fabrication
While the mounting holes were pre-tapped for machine screws the threads were absolute garbage. I had to re-tap all of them! Fortunately I have the experience and the tools but I feel bad for the ill-equipped or unskilled purchaser who is going to struggle with this poorly manufactured bracket set.

Not the best quality
TLDR: For a few more dollars, the rails offered by companies like Gatorworks are actually worth buying.I bought these as they were the only 2u rails I could find. They are unfinished on the edges - so I had to file them down. As a result, the paint began to chip at the edges... WHAT? Why use such terrible quality paint? As a test, I took the file to the back of these and some Gatorworks rails I also bought, and ouf - only this guy chipped. I WISH there were more rail sizes available by other brands. The metal was also bent at the edges which shows that they just cut this from a much longer rail after applying paint, without then finishing afterwards. Screws mostly went in fine, though a few holes were very tight so I had to use a sacrificial screw to clean them out. If you're not too lazy to go to your workshop and grab your taps like me, it should work. Oh, and the line markings are drawn on with sharpie or something, lmao...In the future, I will try other brands. If they aren't available in the size I need, I'll buy a larger rail from a different company and cut it down myself. Might be a little annoying, but if the end result is cleaner, then I think it is worth it.
