Not sure why 5 star reviews for this product. Very cheaply made with rough edges that I will need to sand down.Misleading image as my box does not have a anything on the inside to stop the lid from being opened too far.Aside from that my box arrived damaged! (see photos) a sharp splinter of broken wood next to one the hinges - Ridiculous considering this was to be given to a child! It's too late to exchange or get a refund as I need it today - so I had to put some tape over the damaged area!.

I really like the boxes (I have 2) and they fit perfectly for where I wanted to put them. Being raw wood they can be stained with teak oil or the like to give a finish. They hold more than I expected which is a good thing. My only criticism at all is that the hinges are not well supported and would benefit from having strapping to help the support. We have attached this ourselves. If the box lid was to fall wide open, the hinges would break out in my opinion.

I bought this box to store my baking tools and it is perfect for the job. It is very well made and from my point of view wonderfully finished. At some point in the future I will probably stain it to ensure it lasts for years. Looking at the workmanship I'm confident that the only thing that might shorten its lifespan would be the elements.

I am very happy with my new wooden box. I bought it for a Pyrography design and storage box for my pyrography tools. It is very nicely finished in soft white wood and very clean with no marks. It meets all my needs for the task ahead and I intend buying some more in various sizes very soon.

I bought three of these to store my camera equipment. They stack nicely and are easy to move with the hand holes on the side. Nicely made and decent quality wood. Big enough to fit 3 dslr camera bodies and lenses in one. The other two have my speed lights, chargers, filters and holders and various other stuff. Recommended!

I painted this for a keep sake box and it painted really well with acrylics and is well made

This box is great for those who want to try their creativeness, this is what I used the Cobalt Blue stain on, I have found it to be a useful size for storing my Angel Cards etc.

This is a large wooden box, and is made really well, I purchased it do make a Decoupage gift. It has painted, and varnished well, and looks great.
