Korg CM200BK Clip-On Contact Microphone, Black

I bought this to ease the tuning process for my harpI clip it onto the tuning peg and it stays fixed whilst I attend to each string

Used for my alto sax and worked well clipped on the bell. Then a few weeks ago started intermittent failure, now total. I cannot find my receipt (though have the confirmatory despatch/delivery note) but imagine any guarantee won't cover 14 months. I would have expected it to work longer than this.

Perfect for tuning harp

I needed this to complement my Korg tuner. Clips neatly onto guitars (and probably other instruments) and directs sound better to the Korg than over open space where other extraneous sounds can interfere with the signal. Makes tuning very easy.

It does not isolate the microphone when connected to the Korg CA-30 tuner - if someone from Korg reads this could they advise whether or not this may be a defect with the Tuner? The clip is not big enough to clip on to the bass drone of bagpipes which means it does not register the vibrations resulting in the bass drone being unable to be tuned
