HENKEL CORPORATION 1722005 Repair Putty

Either I was not very good at mixing the outer white "casing" into the center gray part or the product was not fresh (had dried up) or the product is not great, because I found that it was quite lumpy. That said once it dried and I sanded it and painted it I was quite happy with the result. Just wish it had been smoother and easier to work with.

There's no date on this beat up package. When I mixed it, it took a LONG time to get it to putty consistency as there were LOTS of dried up old pieces in there that forced me to continue to work it. I probably worked it too long, as there wasn't much working time left (3 minutes is what they say). It probably works good if it is fresh, but mine wasn't.

worked well on ceramic statue. was able to paint to match.

new type of putty, my only regret is that I didn't order a larger pack. Try this, it will make your repairs so much easier.

This stuff did not work for me. Supposed to knead it to get it pliable but it was just a crumbly mess. Totally awful purchase.

Have loved this stuff for years, but packaging not workable.
