Installed today.
Installed today. Time will tell. So far it feels sturdy and well built. The handle is smooth operating. It is a very quiet faucet. There is no air noise from within. I don't have to yell for my client to hear me.

Lasted only nine months with minimal use.
Glad we only ordered one of these. It was installed on our least used sink and still had the mixing valve fail on it. It was installed in August 2023 and in April 2024 it just randomly failed and water leaked out the top.

Parts do not fit each other
They sent the attachment for the hose to hook to the water, but it does not fit their hose. It does but the water connection now and no one has the right size. It isn’t supposed to be a 3/ but it is not so it is a total waste of money.

Waste of time, missing adapters
If you're buying this thinking it'll be ready to go and connect to your 3/8" fittings don't bother. The adapters in the picture are not provided leaving you with a trip to the hardware store, or another return.

the item didnt work and once i reorder a new one from a different company my return window had close so i couldnt get a refund.
