LOVE THEMtons n tons n tons of combo and styles of workouts.Good for beginninger and experts.For beginners use the scan bar and learn the exercises u get a depth of know how.It never gets boring with the different styles and types of workouts esp the catlishenics types.

prepare yourself to get strong
These cards really help when you have trouble coming up with ideas. They have clear instructions and you can scan for a video if you need it. I like to combine them with other decks by Stack for a variety. Just draw 5-8 cards and you have a very complete workout ready to go. Sorry if I sound like a fanboi but exercise cards are a really great idea and I've used them for years in various forms. Stack has some of the better ones I've seen.

I go to the gym everyday and these help mixup my routine. I draw a card from each color class and do my workout that way. I like that there is a QR scanner to show the proper way to complete the exercise. I do not like however that there are Advanced exercises in a decent amount of the cards. It makes hitting certain muscle groups a bit harder. I would hope they come out with more weight and barbell exercises for intermediate. But overall a good product.

Great tool for beginners . . .
Terrific illustrations and guides for the proper form an technique for each exercise.Allows you to create your own routines and mix them up.Also great for those who want to create their own Les Mills Body Pump routines.

These were ok. I thought from the pictures they would be larger but they are a bit smaller than regular playing cards.

I absolutely love these cards. I have been working out for years and run out of ideas. The cards broadened my exercise acumen. It is also really fun to just pick 10-12 cards for a workout and go with it. Big fan!

Very helpful. I started Barbell training and still need reminders on what to do when the coach calls out a lift move. The cards are a quick way for me to review and I use a sticky note to write my max weight on each card..

Clever and simple idea
My training was getting a bit Covi-19 stale and this has made it more interesting again... I shuffle the deck, take the top 6 and throw a 6 sided die to see how many sets I do.Maybe not very scientific but it adds a lot of variety.Also it has added to my repertoire of barbell moves too.Well worth the money!
