Well balanced!
I've always make sure to use a zinc product that has a tiny bit of copper in it to assist in the prevention of having a copper deficiency. Zinc can deplete copper from the body and you need a little copper just like so many other minerals and vitamins that are necessary for good function. Jarrow makes "Zinc Balance" and there are other manufacturers too. I've been using this brand for a while now.
