Skullcap is one of my favorite herbs when that mind merry-go-round happens and doesn’t allow you to sleep. One dropper and you drop right off. Lol! I like the non-alcohol version which my family and I actually find very tasty. 4 oz bottle is a great value. Quality brand with a long, long track record.

I was skeptical at first, but a friend swears by it. I fall asleep within about 45 minutes of taking. It doesn't specifically make you fall asleep, but relaxes you so that you can naturally fall asleep. Tastes terrible do I had two droppers to a swig of juice, chug it and then drink regular juice after. The droppers only fill to about halfway. I use two.

I have bought a bunch of other brands of skullcap but this one is the best tasting and if it tastes good I can get my kids to take it. They feel the difference and are are able to be calm and do their work. Thank you.
