I am truly a pain suffering arthritic 80 year old. Had the spray first but wasn’t too keen as it doesn’t do my COPD any good. Tried this roll-on and its really effective both for my Osteo and for my wife’s sciatica. Much easier to apply than a cream and very swift acting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I’ve used Biofreeze for years as it’s an excellent treatment for back pain, but this is the first time I’ve used the roll on version. It’s so much more convenient, more targeted and no risk of rubbing eyes after applying! Wish I’d tried it years ago!

This roll on pain relief to me has been heaven sent!!Obviously nothing on the market can make you completely pain free. But this is the best thing I’ve found to ease it enough to make it near manageable. Ideal for sufferers of arthritis, fibromyalgia and can be used on most parts of the body.

It's not got a warmth as it's bio freeze , but I swear by it, I've always got some in the house, I find it works, better then any medication ive been prescribed for my arthritis, as soon as pain and swelling starts out it comes, (it's a roll on so easy to use) and within less then half hour I'm pain free, if you put to much on it gets a bit cold but we'll worth it, everyone should try it.
