I read reviews that say this looks like the photo and some that does not. I will say we were unfortunately one of those who received the product that did not look like the photo.1. There are no stones around the necklace. It is plain.2. It is smaller then it shows in the photo.3. The writing is REALLY hard to see.4. The chain came knotted up and tangled.5. The way the necklace sets and hangs you can not see all the names. You will have to adjust it and hope it stays in place.You see mixed reviews and that is probably because the seller gives mixed service. Mixed service that is not consistent and in my book is bad service.This means you never know what you’re going to get. It’s a coin toss pretty much.I contacted the seller and if they replace this with the photographed photo I will change my review. Good customer service goes a long way. Again I will write here if the seller provides good customer service and replies.I shared photos to give you and idea of the size and put it on myself so you may compare.

The media could not be loaded.  Love it but it would be great if the names were all the same size & evenly spaced with the hearts in between. One stone isn’t in it. I ordered another set of charms #4 with the Autism symbol but it says it was delivered but was not left with a family member because no one was home.

My Mom loved the necklace. But she did not even see the engraving and I had to point out our names under the light. I was disappointed that in the necklace all the names were centered on the bottom where all the stones fall leaving a big gap at the top. The photo on the website shows names centered at the top.Too late to return was a mother’s day gift.I think in the future I will buy at a brick and mortar store where I can see it .

I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful this is. It's very high quality and detailed. This locket truly is unique. I wear mine all the time and I ended up ordering another one for my sons step mother as a gift.( she's way cooler then my ex husband ) and she cried when she opened it.

It was the perfect grandma gift for my future mother in law. Super cute. Had all three grandkids and their birth stones. She opened it and cried!!! If ur looking for a good idea to get a crabby future in law look no further

I purchased this as a Christmas gift and had some questions regarding the design. The sellers responded back very quickly (within 2 days) and explained the product to me. I had another question, which was again answered in a timely and helpful manner. A couple of weeks later I had another question and needed a new necklace because mine wasn't working quite right. They were very understanding and sent me a new necklace. I will be buying more merchandise from these sellers in the future. Highly recommend.

I ordered these as Christmas gifts for my 2 sister-in-laws, they came without the gems around the edge which while annoying I can deal with. What really iterates me is that the names should be across the top and centered. Instead one is on the bottom left side and one of the names gets almost completely covered by the mom charm and birthstones. The other one is on the right side of the pendant. I really wish it would have been centered..

Received today and was Very disappointed it was a lot smaller than I had thought it would be and the names are so small you need a magnifying glass to read it and the stones and heart are not attached. I do not recommend. I would send it back but I’m sure I can’t sense it is custome designed.

Love it. Has a nice weight to it. Magnet for closure is strong. The only thing I would change would be to spread out the names to evenly cover the entire perimeter of the disk; Make them bigger if necessary.As described. Came late but was handled well by the company's customer care. Thanks! Would buy again
