Great Tape!
My car sun roof leaks - had it repaired 4 times, but is a design flaw so cannot be fixed. This tape works great! I tries silicone caulk as recommended by some proffesionals, but became inflexible and cracked after a year. I tried regulr duct tape, but after a year the dges frayed and made buzzing noise in the wind. I bought this 2 years ago and have not had to change it yet. I also used i on my cheap made fabric car air hose that cost $100 + to replace after a rodent chewed into it. Instead I wrapped the tape around the hole and it became more sturdy than the original, so I bought this new roll to wrap the rest of the hose and other areas the rodent chewed insulation from under my hood. Stupid car manufacturers think fabric is better than metal and rubber to save money for them - never buy an HHR, nothing but trouble - especially the transmission - had to replace it after only 5 years.I also use this to fix leaky metal window frame that won't be fixed by caulk.

Does the job!
Just a hint ... pull off the backing for quite a ways so that when you cut the tape, you don't have to peel the backing off all over again for each piece you cut ... it's pretty sticky.

Works great for emergency car repair
Bought this stuff to tape the headlight cover back onto one of my beater cars, and to seal off a leaky sunroof. I live in the mountains; hot summers, cold snowy winters, high wind, windy roads. This stuff has held up through the elements for both of the janky repairs I did. Doesn't stick very well to fabrics, though.
