Restaurant tasting curries at home
Authentic tasting curry like you receive in restaurants. Followed the recipe for Hydrabadi Chicken Biryani and it was superb. The best curry cooking sauces. I can highly recommend them if you want to recreate an eating-out experience. So important now that we are in lockdown.

Very authentic a must try.
Love the Hydrabadi curry, so authentic and easy to make. Everybody compliments us when we make this and we have ended up buying jars for friends and family to try.

Not your usual
This isn't your usual 'curry in a jar,' it's authentic stuff. Follow instructions on the jar, however I substituted water for chicken stock also added some tomato sauce and chopped up a couple of tomatoes finished off with single cream. I also took a spoonful from the jar added some Yogurt to a bowl to marinade the chicken before grilling it then added it to the sauce. Quite spicy but not madras strength. Very nice indeed.
