No stomach upset with this Krebs form of zinc. Been taking it since 2020 to boost my immune system, it has been a great addition to my health care regime.

This zinc seems to be easy on the stomach and is a good value for krebs zinc. It comes in clear capsules that are easy to swallow or open and mix in pudding etc for kids. However, I tried to switch to this from BrainChild's syrup zinc, and it just doesn't have same effects. But of course, it is a fraction of the price and stomach upset too. I keep and will continue to use for days I can't do the syrup (travel, late office days, etc). I imagine if you are trying from scratch or switching from another tablet, it will be far superior. I will still buy again, to use for travel and for other family members who love it just fine.I can say it is far superior in qualify and less stomach upset to supplement lines sold at chiropractors or pyramid scheme vitamins/powders, as I have tried them all too. It is also superior to most clear liquid zincs I have tried. So it still gets a 5 for being gentle on the stomach IMO and a great value, easy to use.
