Beautiful, but easy to scratch if not careful
I would say to handwash these glasses after you are done using them. They are lovely to use and beautiful, but I found one of my glasses all scratched up from a family member putting in the dishwasher next to other kitchenware after it was put in the sink. Not sure if it was from other dishes in the sink or from the dishwasher, but one of the glasses were all scratched on the sides. Just be sure to keep your knives away from these glasses.

They are light yet sturdy and very attractive.
They are good for water or iced tea, but I use them for a beer glass.

Great craftsmanship
Once again, I'm impressed with the quality of the glassware I received from Godinger. Over the last few months, I've been slowly replacing my glassware. What I had was over 15 years old and needed to be replaced. This is my 2nd set of highball type glasses from Godinger. Unlike this set, that one was modern with straight sides. I really like the traditional look of this set with the rounded sides. I know most people like to have all of their glasses be the same, but I'm very eclectic and love having a variety of glasses to choose from. The 16 ounce size is perfect for an end of the day spritzer or for a glass of lemonade while relaxing on the porch. The glass is high quality and made in Europe. The glass looks delicate, but is quite sturdy and durable. You can even throw them in the dishwasher, which is a HUGE plus for me. I abhor doing dishes! I'm extremely happy with the craftsmanship of these glasses.

breaks easily
bought these glasses about 4 months ago, they arrived safely however i am down to 2 now - 1 broke in the sink when i was washing them, ironically another glass bonked it and it shattered. another tipped over on the table and broke. glass feels extremely thin and i get scared washing it. luckily they break fairly cleanly so no hidden shards left behind. i’m now opting for the cb2 glasses as they hold more volume, have thicker glass, and are only $3 each
