I especially like the ‘fingers’ as they provide acupressure to the occipital bones. I tend to gently move my head side to side a few times over 30 seconds, before lifting my head. I can actually feel a release. Very compact, super lightweight and easy to use.

Uuugh, I have a pinched nerve in my neck that I am always doing my physio stretches for. Sometimes something in my neck or back needs to pop, and I can't get it to pop, and then ether it hurts to breath a certain way or I start getting a really, really bad headache. I can use this to relax my muscles in my neck or back and get the release I need to relieve the pain and get on with my day; much better than trying to do it some other way and then having to spend the day in bed on pain meds.
