Supports a good night sleep, not as strong as puka's sleep brand, but it depends on what you are looking for. Very nicely presented in lovely white bags, feels special.

Great customer service and results
This company has been excellent in resolving packages that didn’t arrive. The tea has great results for my partners digestion and stomach issues, just £10 is a bit expensive for 15 tea bags

Great taste
One of best valeriana teas I have tried so far , made in UK . Has 30% of valeriana root which is the most I could find in teas on the market . It does taste of valeriana with a hint of bitterness , put some honey in and it’s perfect combo . Really helps me sleep better which was whole purpose of this tea
