Great reference book
I don’t generally read books of this nature...... but. It’s a really good read and not one you have to go from start to finish. I keep it handy as a reference book which is particularly useful when having to manage difficult people.I have since given a copy to one of my new project managers as it is their first time working in a technical environment. This book serves as a good tool in managing clever folks.I would have given it 5 stars, but it feels a little American at times with some of the anecdotal stories. Working here in the UK is not the same. Worthy of a really solid 4 starts.

45 key attributes of leadership in this single book
Remarkably Arun Singh and Mike Mister have managed to cover 45 key attributes of leadership in this single book, which includes a summary, example scenario and a good amount of lessons/tips for each attribute.BetBull is full of smart people, so I'm looking forward to trying out some of the suggestions and learning as I go.Because of the way it's laid out I can see this book being easy to refer back to when needed also.

Great book that's so easy to use!
A friend of mine told me about this book - and even though I'm not in the field I went ahead and bought a copy. It's brilliantly organised with 46 (I think!) brief sections - such as Rivals and Jealousy, Giving Praise, Networking...so it's really easy to dip in to.And I love the printing format - small enough to fit into your jacket pocket.Thoroughly recommended.

A well-written and well thought-out book
The authors have put much thought into the content, layout, presentation and writing-style, making this book an easy and interesting read...with lots of helpful tips.Anyone and everyone who leads or manages a group, team, or association, would find some value in this book, as the advice offered can be applied in any leadership role, be it corporate or otherwise. It’s a book that can be read at random as every section covers a different topic, so the reader can go straight to the parts that interest or apply. The other plus point about this hardcover is its compact size and light weight, which makes it easy to carry around and also dip into when needed.
