YES It works
I needed something i could use behind a riding mower to level my gravel drive (300 Yds long) every once in a while after the big down pours we get. This simple device does well at the task. Yes you will have to add weight for most applications. I use a cinder block in the rear connected by these from amazon and they work great.ROBLOCK Rubber Tarp Straps 31" Long Heavy-Duty Tie EPDM Bungee Cord Down with Crimped Metal S Hooks, Ideal for Securing Tarps, Canvases (10 packs,Black)Highly recommend this drag harrow and by my uses explained below it will hold up for a long time.Improvements that could be incorporated into the design would be to have a holder in rear for standard cinder blocks. This anyone can fabricate from 1" angle iron if so desired and drill and bolt into place same as used by this manufacturer. For the price you really can't beat the design and it works! I have not tried it on grass yet so can't tell you how well it works there but can tell you while building a patio and firepit area on hillside it worked well at flattening up the ground after initial excavator work. Once excavator had completed basic work on slope to create the patio / fire pit areas the harrow did the rest with 2 cinder blocks attached. BTW use the straps i have listed above i tried regular bungees and they did not last even half a day while pulling.

It's worth buying
I had a video but it wouldn't let me load it. This worked alot better than I thought it would. I Live on a hill so there is ruts from delivery trucks and it had gotten rough. 4 times I went up and down the driveway and the ruts are gone.. I hate it doesn't have directions but I just looked at one of the pictures in the reviews. I gave 4 stars because of the directions.

Works great
Does exactly what it’s supposed to at an affordable price. I used it after two days of light rain adding two cinderblocks. I had to add a board to hold the blocks as the center rails are about an inch too wide allowing the blocks to fall through. Pre drilled holes for tiedowns would be a nice added feature. I pulled it with an ATV but a lawn tractor would work just fine. Assembly was extremely easy without instructions.

Great piece for the price, minor adjustments needed.
Once you fix and make some much needed adjustments, this thing is great. The bolt and nut supplied for the neck that attaches to the drag itself, not durable. You will need to get a stronger grade bolt along with some washers to fill the gap and keep it from bending the bottom edges. It does not come with lock-nuts. It’s just a regular nut and WILL come loose no matter how tight you think you got it. So, go to the hardware store and get the lock-nuts, you need them for sure. Also, the weight you put on the track in the middle has no way of securing it to stay in place. Get some hearty straps to strap it in place or they will bounce out.Other than those minor adjustments...this will get the job done. It does great if spreading out rock and dirt evenly. You really can’t get too picky for the price of this. If you want it done fast, then save up and purchase the graders that run about $3,000. A little bit of patience and time will get you results with this thing.

Pretty happy about that
Went on sale a day after I bought mine. Mine arrived the next day after I ordered. Pretty happy about that. Put it together this morning. One of the pieces was missing a hole, so had to drill that out but assembly was pretty easy. My driveway is about 1/2 mile long and is uphill both ways. It took several trips up and down. I had previously loosened the gravel with my dozer blade and used the harrow to smooth things out. I tried a cinder block, but it dug in too much. I'll try something bit lighter tomorrow. Pretty happy with this tool. $100 shipped. Hard to beat.

Poorly made
Well this is not built very good. After getting it put together and using it for about 20ft one of the braces came lose since lock washers wasn't included. The location for the blocks is wider than a standard block so it kept falling off.

Great Tool...Basic Imrovements Needed
First off let me make it clear that this is a really good tool. For the money, you just can't beat it. I pulled it behind my 15.5 HP Troy Bilt with one cinder block on the harrow with no problems. It leveled out my gravel/dirt driveway with just a couple of passes. Now let's talk about the improvements that Titan should make and you will have to deal with:1. The instructions show a great exploded view of the harrow...and that's the best that can be said for them.2. Washers are labled as "spacers" ( go figure)... you get both lock washers and flat washers, but there are only four locations designated to need washers and which kind is not specified, yet you get a whole handful of washers in the kit. I used a flat washer under each bolt after passing the bolt through the frame with a lock washer on top of that, then secured each connection by a nut. You may run out of washers, so get a few extras.3. The L and R small angles are misidentified on the exploded view. R is labeled as L and vice versa.4. There are supposed to be two bolts that hold "small angle L and small angle R together, but only one hole is drilled to receive a bolt on one of the angles...you are going to have to drill this hole out yourself.. This is a major joint, so don't think you can just forget about it. Drill the hole!5. The spacing between the two angle pieces that are designed to hold the cinderblock(s) is too wide by an inch or so.You will have to bungie/tie/chain your cinderbocks onto the harrow so they do not shift or fall off. Also it woud be wise to cut a piece of 1/4" plywood to completely fill the space between the angle pieces for extra insurance against the cinderblocks falling throughthe opening.6. The connecting joint where the tongue connects to the harrow is the joint that gets the most stress. It would have been better if Titan had made this a swivel joint, but that would have added to the cost. I have tried to reinforce this joint as best I can by adding two 3/4" flat washers outside of the joint on either side of the joint before inserting the long securing bolt through the joint. I would like to have added two more inside the joint on either side of the tongue, but alas, there is not room to do so.7. Finally, the hitch pin they send with the kit is just too short. I couldn't use it on my tractor...You can make a good hitch with a piece of rebar if you are handy, or buy one.Again, even with these flaws, this tool works well, and I heartily recommend it!
