Smells and Tastes like Prunes
This is my first time trying it.Smells a lot like prunes and tastes like it too. Did I get a bad batch?It’s low strength does seem to have any affect on my ADHD. I still managed to get 4 hours of sleep and was tossing and turning.

They work! I totally thought it was a gimmick...
Taste good, promote restful sleep! Bought the children’s zarbees for my 5 and 10 year old kids who love to sleep in over the summer after a friend raved about them for jet lag for her child. She said they were like magic sleeping pills and I was super skeptical. The transition back to school is usually really tough. I started them 2 weeks early thinking it would take weeks to get them to be tired by 8pm. They happily ate them at 7:30, we’re both passed out by 9 and we’re both awake by 8 the next morning...and not grumpy! I can’t even explain how awesome these are! The kids were back on a school schedule in 2 DAYS complaint free. They both remind me to give them to them every night. After a little while my husband and I had to try them. We don’t have insomnia or anything so I can’t speak to actual sleep issues, but my 10 year old does have mild sleep apnea and seems to wake feeling more rested than before. These (adult version) taste a little more tart than the children’s but I assume it’s because they are condensed. Excellent product. I’ve tried 4 different brands 2 of which did nothing. This is the one if you’re even considering a chewable melatonin supplement

Prefer this to only melatonin
This is a nice blend of herbs and it actually works better than just melatonin alone. I like this product and have ordered it twice now.

Helps you sleep. You may need to take more than 1 gummy though for it to work for the whole night.

Best sleep ever
I love these! I take one every night and get the best sleep ever! I like that they are not habit forming, and I’m even able to fall asleep without taking them. I find that I reach for one when I’m having difficulty falling asleep, but once I take them, I have quality, sound, REM sleep. Love having these on hand for nights when my brain won’t shut down.
