Avoid this device it will cause more problems than it solves
Avoid this device -This is used by feel so the potential for getting it wrong is very probable. I thought it was ultrasonic but it purely relies on friction. I decided not to use it at all and return it but a return is not available. Avoid this device

Cant really see a difference . Cheap purchase , no instructions , just a fancy vibrating machine .

This product is terrible, doesn't actually work at all juts vibrates in the handle and not down to the melt head.The seller will not refund/ replace the item and I have had zero contact back from them. Save your money but some floss
