I’ve used this product before from the actual company. The gel v hot was a different colour inside than the actual site products and I looked like as if it was resealed which was so hard to take off. I can’t feel any hot or cold sensation at all!! And the glove well… usually the ball spins whilst rubbing on your skin but this one hardly moves… maybe it is the actual product who knows!? Could be a faulty one. But what I do know is that I’ve had this before and the differences are very noticeable … I’ve messaged the lady who created it. When I get a response I will update

Paid top dollar for item damaged on arrival and smelt like product has leaked out.No options to reach other to supplier. Really upset on what I received

So far so good.... I definitely feel sometime EVERYTIME I use the product.. I’ll be back with an update after 3 weeks

This is horrible because the smell is unbearable. I am not a smoker so when I used the purple cream right away the smell sunk into my skin. I stopped after the first use just because everyone I was around mentioned the odor, it smelled like coffee mixed with the lingering smell of a smoker. This odor did not go away for about 5 days- showering 2x a day. Nasty.

Great product! Only problem I have is that the night time gel smell is so strong! I can’t use it at home with my husband he doesn’t like the smell.
