I bought this for my Mum who has mobility problems. However when I gave this to my Mum she could not press the release button at the end of the wiper as it was too stiff for her. She does have arthritis in her hands but I would have thought as it is predominantly people with mobility issues that use these kind of products that this should have been taken into consideration when producing the product.

Virtually useless. Did not expel used paper and a total waste of money.

I received this item on 8/5/20 and the release mechanism broke after less than a month of use. The problem is that the grip part of the handle is a little too short so you end up applying downward pressure on the release part/end of the handle, which then snaps in two rendering the whole thing useless. The exact same thing happened with the last one I received (different mfr) but at least it lasted six months. I don't think is this the suppliers fault per se, I think it's a design flaw that could be fixed by making the handle grip longer. And for the record, I'm not a 6' lumberjack with hands the size of hams just regular old lady ones 😊.

nachdem ich sorgfältig die Rezénsion gelesen habe wollte ich es nicht glauben, aber es ist wirklich nicht zu gebrauchen was nützt es wenn es lang genug ist das ich da unten rankomme aber das Teil so klobig ist wie ein Dildo. Man kann damit nicht richtig sauber machen es wird so schmutzig da werde ich mir wohl weiter die Arme ausrenken. Eine Kaufempfehlung kann ich dafür nicht geben da geht es besser mit einer Grillzange

Just had bilateral knee surgery. I bought this to use myself and to help my partner use. Works great. Very easy to clean. Soft and smooth, so no scratching. I wish I found this before. I have had rotator cuff surgery and this would have been awesome to use for my left hand, since I am right handed. Not only using on the toilet, but even cleaning. You can reach where ever you need to.
