I give this to my 17 month old almost every day (very small dose), and it seems to keep her immune system strong. She thinks it is tasty and has had this and cod liver oil (orange/lemonade flavored) just about every day. She does not seem to get very sick, very often, though we do stay at home a lot. However, one week, we ran out of elderberry syrup, and she played at the mall one day and the library the next (they have a germ-filler toy kitchen haha) and of course, she came down with something the next day. As soon as I bought more elderberry syrup and gave it to her, she was almost instantly better (she was probably still fighting off the bug, but she felt and acted better).This is my holy grail!

I have been using this elderberry syrup for a few years now and my kids (3,10) love the flavor and it is one of the easiest supplements to give them. My 3 year old actually asks for it when he isn't feeling well. I have recommended this to all of my mom friends as well, it is a great product.

I recently started giving my boys this syrup during a round a sickness for our family. It was very easy to add into their routine. They were generally accepting of the flavor, but it is fairly strong. Giving it to them consistently is no doubt helping their immune systems!

I give this to my kids when they have colds and it dramatically reduces the duration and severity of their colds. Great product and the taste isn’t bad, it tastes like a more tart grape jelly.
