I bought this cable because the average customer rating was quite high. Unfortunately, I should have taken heed of the advice given by the reviewers who said this product will not last long as that was the case for me.After 3 months this product is no longer working properly. I have to hold my phone at a certain angle so the charge works and on numerous occasions, I've returned to my phone without it possessing the charge I need. This has caused me problems in numerous situations where I've needed a charged phone.Now the return period has ended, I am unable to return this product and get a refund. Although they state there is an 18-month warranty period in the product description, I can not see any way in which to utilize this. I am incredibly disappointed in the product that I have bought, and feel lied to by the company. Anyone reading this should not buy this product and look elsewhere.

I asked if this actually fast charged before buying and several people said yes but don't listen to them, it does not.Returning it luckily I got it from a warehouse deal

Short USB A to C leads are as rare on the high street as hens' teeth. Good job they can be found on Amazon. Why only 30cm long? You don't want excess USB leads causing a hazard in a motor car when connecting Android auto on your phone to, in my case, a Kia factory head unit in my XCeed. Nothing worse than long leads trailing around the gear stick, floor and controls when you're driving. And they're an inconspicuous grey colour that matches the interior.

I purchased this because I needed a longer cable. This can only be a fast charge cable if you have an appropriate fast charge USB plug. I have noticed a few reviews saying it doesnt charge any faster. Well of course it won't, you need a more powerful plug!! This cable is brilliant! It's thick and durable and is exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely choose this product again, but judging by the quality of it, I won't need to for a very long time.

When I first got these cables, I got a really fast charge to my year old Samsung S8, but now, just a couple of months post purchase, I'm finding it a bit 'hit & miss', and have to ensure a really straight and positively secured connection before it actually starts charging. Even when I leave the phone charging, it seems to take far to long to get much charging done. I'm about to move on to the second of the two cables and hope that i get a better experience with this.

I'm a volunteer driver and have to use Android Auto as it links to my Google calendar and Google Maps so I can find passengers' houses.It kept dropping out/disconnecting and Nissan told me I had to use a proper Samsung cable. I tried that without success.Someone on Facebook recommended I tried a 30cm lead instead so I bought this twin pack and it's been absolutely perfect since - doesn't drop out at all. I'm so relieved!

This is for my car where I need to plug in my phone to use the sat nav & get access to my music library. It's perfect for that as it's short but not too short - I can plug in the phone and then tuck it away in a little cubby hole behind the gear stick. Love the colour - and getting 2 cables is a real bonus.

Being a bit of a ham fisted, clumsy article when it comes to anything a bit delicate, I bought these. One for the house and one for the car. Good piece of kit, feels like quality, how durable? Ask me again in a few months, but doesn't look like it's going to be a problem.
