The Television is best in class per price consideration, Picture quality and Sound Quality. Only drawbacks are that the remote takes 1 usb and bit lag reception. . The TV OS needs to be more user friendly as OTT Apps are difficult to find. But this TV give a whole lot of movie collections which is good. If OS is modified as per other TV's in market, this TV will be the best choice

TWe purchased this tv bcz of inbuilt Alexa but is not working and TV remote also nit working we ordered TV inspection and they kept on cancelling on us and finally we went for replacement.Very poor response they promise to replace the tv in couple of days but we waited for more than a week and nothing happened and finally when we call customer care they said that initiate refund and again for refund I need to wait 7working days.
