nail biting and suspense filled novel
I always loved thriller and mystery novels. They never fail to get your heart pumping, turning the pages, nail-biting moments, sustaining the excitement and revelation of suspense.Name: What She Found In The WoodsAuthor – Josephine AngeliniPages – 366 pagesGenres: Fiction, ThrillerPublished: July 2019TRUST NO ONE – NOT EVEN YOURSELF.Magdalena, our main character visits her Grandparents home to spend her summer. Magda has some psychological issues and is in medication. She tries to restart her life by getting closer to nature, meeting her old friends and living a happy life with her grandparents.Once while hiking by the wood she meets Bo, hunting a deer and they share an instant liking towards each other. Bo stays along with this family in the woods. They start meeting up alternate days while Magda also worked in the Shelter. A series of brutal murders of women in the wood becomes the talk of the town until Magda tries to crack it down beating her hallucination and confronting her fear. The author has amazingly scripted the characters and I had an immediate liking towards Magdalena and Bo. I found Bo to be a mature, simple, sweet and loveable while Magdalena was also a very likeable, strong, and smart girl. Bo was her driving force. He brought out of self-pity, self-blaming mode, educated everything about the forest, taught her archery, and many more. She treasured him and his family as she always longed to have a happy family since her parents were not in talking terms. The timely intertwine of the past and present of Magdalene’s history is aptly explained. The book covers mental health, drug abuse, love, adventure, and rivalry. The story is structured and layered so well with few disclosures slowing igniting towards the climax. It keeps you guessing till the end as who was Dr.Goodnight? Initially, Rob is defined as a teenage rich, caring and loving guy but gradually greyed as the story progressed. Honestly, I was sad that the story ended too soon. Also, there is no epilogue and the author has brilliantly left the reader to imagine the ending. In all, I loved the story and its ending and will recommend it to everyone.

BUY IT!
I loved it HONESTLY! I mean- this book was amazing and one of the first books I ever read, kept me on the edge for the entire time. Now, I would like to add something. When I got the book the pages were like old history book pages. Some people might not like that but according to me I liked those pages because it gave me some sort of good feeling while reading the book! If you want to buy it, GO FOR IT! Its really worth it ✨ And one more thing, people like us who read books, according to my opinion like books which can be relatable. While this book talked about mind and stuff it was actually REALLY HELPFUL INFORMATION and it was relatable too!
