O'Brien Bat Wing Towable Tube, 3 Person

We love this tube! 2 adults or 3 kids on this thing is perfect!!!! So far it’s holding up great, is easily to inflate/deflate, easy to clean and best of if all, this thing is tough! My family and many of our friends have been enjoying the “BatWing” on our boat this year. Weather your just gently pulling the little ones around behind the boat or your trying to beat the heck out of your friends this tube handles it all like a boss.

We've had dozens of deck tubes over many years. This is a favorite in terms of comfort, ride-ability, and performance. It has low drag and swings out easily. However, we have had bladder failure on two out of three that we have owned. The belly bulges out and it becomes unridable.O'brien warranty has replaced them, but that doesn't help when your friends are out on the lake and ready for fun. O'brien Customer Service has been very courteous and cooperative. They told me that it has to be stored completely deflated. I've never had to deflate tubes for short term storage. I think there is a manufacturing defect or design flaw that makes them highly susceptible to belly bulge failure.
