At least there was a replacement
When I bought the dog collar including the receiver I was happy with it. Then or a few months the collar ripped. I couldn't find a replacement part through the company. Then I found this replacement collar and it was very inexpensive. So far it's worked out well. It seems better quality than the color that came with it
