The Protein Works have really hit upon a fabulous flavouring system with their chocolate silk flavour.We normally use their Vegan Diet Meal Replacement but thought we'd try the Extreme version, because it's on offer.The taste is equally fabulous, and the texture is as smooth and silky as a Mozart symphony.I have to say, though, the recommended serving size of 60 grams (212 kcals) is just is not enough. That's okay for a healthy snack or the conclusion to a conventional meal. Main meals tend to be ~ 600 kilocalories so, to replace a meal, you'd need over 100 grams of VDMRPX.This makes the Extreme version of VDMRP rather expensive but, again, compare it to a typical meal (plus the shopping, preparation, cooking, washing-up time and costs), and it's great value for money.We'll be buying more of this while it's on offer - it's not just healthy and tasty; it's also an unbeatable time- and cost-saving bargain.Another fabulous vegan product from the Protein Works.

For a meal replacement shake, it doesn’t actually taste too bad once you get over the texture.Perfect for when you can’t get yourself to eat but still want to get the calories in

Uso questo prodotto da due mesi. Ho deciso di sostituire un solo pasto al giorno e in 2 mesi ho perso 4 kg.Volendo si possono sostituire tutti i pasti della giornata ma il mio obbiettivo è di perdere pochi chili con calma.Il sapore al cioccolato è ottimo. Con un buon shaker si scioglie bene e non lascia grumi.

Schmeckt mir sehr gut. Die Konsistenz ist schön cremig und der Geschmack schokoladig. Ich bereite den Shake mit 300 ml Not Milk von Alpro (3,5 % Fett) zu.
